Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. The ordering of goods from Nicoll Industries Limited indicates that you are in agreement with them.

If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you at the earliest possible opportunity to advise you of this. At this point you have the right to change or cancel your order. Any payments made or due will be adjusted or refunded to account for any changes or refunds as the circumstances dictate.

Our current prices are displayed on the website. Please ensure you click refresh on your browser for most up to date pages!!
We will endeavour to ensure that prices shown on the website are correct. If for any reason the prices of any items are incorrect at the time you place an order with us, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to advise you of this. At this point you have the right to change or cancel your order. Any payments made or due will be adjusted or refunded to account for any changes or refunds as the circumstances dictate.
Although every effort is made to keep prices as shown in the brochure and on our website, occasionally some prices may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.


Delivery charges vary according to weight of goods and where they are to be delivered to. They are not included in the prices quoted unless specified (e.g. marquees) and restrictions apply. Prices which include delivery are related to UK Mainland only and exclude Highlands and Islands of Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Ireland. Payments to Nicoll Industries Limited

You can pay for your goods by Visa or Mastercard or by Switch/Maestro, Solo or Visa debit.
You can also pay for your goods with a cheque or postal orders. Cheques must clear before the goods are shipped so please allow 5 - 7 working days. Cheques should be made payable to Nicoll Industries Limited.
We do not have a cash on delivery service available.
Alternatively we can offer the option of transferring the funds direct into our bank account. Please contact us for further information.

Delivery

If an order is placed by 12 Noon, Monday to Thursday (normal working conditions) then we will endeavour to deliver the goods the very next day and at no extra cost. If the goods are bespoke or require fabrication, then next day delivery will not be possible and we will arrange with you for a convenient date for the delivery. Next day delivery is only available to UK Mainland addresses ecluding Highlands, Ireland and islands.

**Top Priority** - Please remember that if the goods are required urgently then the sooner you can place an order the more likely it will be that the goods will be received by you, the customer, on time. As a guide try to determine the delivery to be 48 hours before the goods are needed. That way, if the courier does let us down, we at least have some time to play with to sort out replacements or re-delivery!!!

We will endeavour to deliver your goods as soon as possible and will try to meet any delivery instructions that you give us.
We will make every effort to deliver your goods within the time period agreed, but we will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery.
If you refuse a delivery without prior consent from us you will be liable for the return delivery costs. Likewise if you are not in when the goods are delivered and the driver cannot obtain a signature, the goods will be taken back to the depot. If prior arrangements were made, with you the customer, to deliver on a set date and the delivery driver finds no-one available at the delivery address then we reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge to you the customer, before delivery is made again.


When the goods arrive please:

Check that what you are signing for is what you are given e.g. the correct number of parcels as stated on the delivery note given to you by the driver. If you have signed for all the goods and then find that you are short, we will not be liable to incur the cost of replacement items.
If any of the goods are damaged please ensure that this is written on the delivery note that you sign.
Please check that all items are actually intended for you, in that all labels are addressed correctly to you and not to another customer.

Please check your delivery immediately. If you should find any items missing/damaged or incorrectly sent and you have noted this when signing for the delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Alternatively, if you do not receive your goods within the stated time frame, please contact us and we will contact the couriers on your behalf to determine where the goods are and their estimated delivery time.

Returns Policy

Our returns policy is as follows:

If you purchase an off the shelf product and find that the product is not suitable for your requirements, you are able to return the product to us within 14 days from the date of initial order. We can arrange collection and as long as the product reaches us unopened and in the condition that it left us, then we will refund you the purchase price less the original carriage to you and the carriage back again. Please note that the carriage charge back to us can be more then the original carriage charge to you as we are charged more by the courier for third party collections. If the goods require a pallet, then the charge will be £45 + VAT for a UK Mainland collection address excluding Highlands, Ireland and islands. Due to the size and weight of the products that we despatch, we cannot refund carriage costs. You are welcome to send or bring the goods back to us yourself.

The returns policy excludes bespoke products such as those that have been printed to your requirements.

In the first instance please contact us to inform us of your wish to return the goods. You can either send an email to sales@nicoll-industries.co.uk or telephone us on 01283 510570. We will then organise to either receive the goods back, or to arrange a convenient collection date.


If the goods are returned to us in a poor condition, determined by us, then it will be at our discretion as to whether a refund is appropriate or not. We reserve the right to refuse goods that come back to us in a poor or used condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.



If you have a complaint

Your complaint will be dealt with by a company director within five working days. If for any reason a decision cannot be reached in that time period, we will investigate your complaint thoroughly and keep you up-to-date on its progress.
If we find that you have a valid complaint we will endeavour to reach an amicable settlement. If we find your complaint is not valid then you will contacted stating the reasons for our findings.

Our responsibility to you the customer

We will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a failed delivery, use of our website or incorrect use of the goods supplied.
At Nicoll Industries Limited our customer is priority and we will always try our best to ensure that you, our customer, is happy. As with everything in life, occasionally things go wrong, but you can be assured we will try to exhaust every avenue to ensure that we fulfill your requirements successfully!
Our website contains links to other websites which are not under our control and are not maintained by us.
