550gsm Polyester PVC coated fabric - Fire Retardant to BS7837:1996 with fully taped seams to ensure a leak proof cover. Corner screw thread retainers on the roof canopy to ensure that the cover stays on in inclement weather. Material samples are available on request. PVC coated material is much more water proof than a PU coating.

Constructed from extremely strong and thick aluminium (50mm x 2.5mm) with steel metal joints. Complete with bungs on the end of the frame tubes to prevent tearing of the roof cover.The instaframe has 5 different height settings with a maximum eave clearance of 7' 4" and a maximum overall height of 11' 7". There are then five different height settings to reduce this with 3" increments between settings.

Full roof truss with oval cross bars and bolt & nut system which allows easy replacement of bars. Comes complete with carry bag. We can offer a full range of replacement parts, if the worst should happen and a full 12 months manufacturers' defect warranty.

Includes matching sides with mud guard/skirt option. Two of the sides have windows with a roll up/down blind on the inside of the side sheet. This can be closed for those who wish to close the structure up overnight at a show and they can be rolled up and held in place with velcro to allow more light. There is also one blank side and one with a zipper doorway. Comes complete with carry bag.

500 gsm PVC coated sides attach with velcro on legs and thick velcro strip which runs the full length of the roof valance with the addition of zipped corners to ensure sides do not fly open in windy weather.

Large triangular feet for pegging/bolting down. Comes with Awning buckles on the corners of the roof for use with the awning tie down kits to help anchor it down. These are an optional extra to purchase.

The new 3M Folding Table is made from folding aluminium with heavy duty brackets and top board which clips onto table frame. Erected in minutes and it comes in it's own carry bag. Table area is 3M x 60cm and has adjustable height settings.
