We have several different options available to those who wish to personalise their instant pop up canopy. Our design team will view your ideas and graphics and choose the best options for you based on the criteria of price and time constraints.

Option 1 - Vinyl Heat Transfer Process

We have a huge range of standard coloured vinyls which we use to create simple graphics and text. If you want a simple line of text, for example, we ask you to choose a colour and a font. We then create a layout for you to approve. Our team then create the artwork and cut it in reverse on the vinyl. We then heat press this onto the fabric. It is a permanent print and cannot be peeled off again as the heat ingratiates the vinyl into the material of the cover. This process cannot be pantone specific and we cannot create detailed graphics. We can usually turnaround this option of print in 3-5 working days, depending on the level of orders we have at the time.

Option 2 - Vinyl Heat transfer with Digital Images

If you have a more complex logo or you need to be pantone specific, then we can digitally print your image onto a white vinyl which we then apply to the fabric as in option 1. This creates more of a semi-gloss decal effect than a print, but can be useful if you are short of time and cannot wait for a screen print or a digital print. We can usually turnaround this option of print in 7 working days, depending on the level of orders we have at the time.

Option 3 - Screen or Digital Print

If you want to have large areas of the covers printed or if you want to re-create a photographic image, then this is the option for you. The covers that we have on the shelves are pre-sewn and prepared for use. This restricts the printing that we can produce on them, hence options 1 and 2. However, we can digitally print the raw material and then have it cut and sewn by using the third option. This gives a much larger flexibility, but it is also more expensive and takes longer. A typical turnaround for a digital print is 3 - 4 weeks from signing off of artwork.
